Getting Started

How do I register?: Click Register in the top navigation, fill in the four-step form (business info, financial info, documents, confirmation), and submit. You will receive a tracking reference starting with ALLIEX-2026-.
What documents do I need?: Business License (ĐKKD), Tax Certificate, and the National ID (CCCD) of the legal representative. Each file must be a PDF or image under 5 MB.
How long does assessment take?: Typically 2–3 business days. You can track progress on the Application Status page at any time.

What is Growth Capital (Model B)?: A working-capital loan from 10M to 400M VND with a tenor of 3 to 12 months and monthly amortising repayments. Annual rate is 20%–59.9% depending on your credit tier.
What is Easy Advance (Model C)?: A short-term 30M VND cash advance with a tenor up to 120 days, daily repayments, and a flat 85% annual rate. Same-day disbursement if approved before 15:00 ICT.
What are the interest rates?: Growth Capital rates are tiered by credit profile from 20% to 59.9% per year. Easy Advance is 85% per year on a daily basis. Both products offer optional 6.9% per year insurance.
How is repayment calculated?: Growth Capital uses a standard PMT amortisation formula over the chosen tenor. Easy Advance uses a daily PMT formula over the chosen number of days. The calculator on /apply shows the exact instalment, total interest, and full schedule before you commit.

How do I apply?: Once your account state reaches ELIGIBLE, open the calculator on /apply, choose the product and amount, review the terms, then click Apply Now. You will see a confirmation with your tracking reference.
What happens after I apply?: Your application moves to APPLICATION_SUBMITTED, then REVIEWING when our credit team starts the assessment. You receive a notification at each state change.
How long until approval?: Most Easy Advance decisions land same-day. Growth Capital decisions take 1–3 business days. You can always check the current state on the Application Status page.
What if I am rejected?: You will see the reason on the Application Status page. You can re-apply after 90 days. Contact us if you have questions about the decision.

How do I update my profile?: Sign in, go to your dashboard, and click Edit contact info to change your phone number, email, or business address.
How do I contact support?: Use the Contact page for form-based inquiries, or email [email protected]. Our office phones are listed in the Talk to Sales section.
What is TOTP authentication?: TOTP (time-based one-time password) is the 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone that you enter when you sign in. It protects your account even if someone learns your password. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and 1Password all support it.
